Background
This system for remote access and monitoring, allows users to provide remote support everywhere, securely and safely, over the Internet. Users can reach customers behind firewalls, and NAT addresses, instantly, without programming or configuring anything.It was developed for remote helpdesk service providers to help end users manage their computers. During the project, the present issues were fixed and steps were taken to prevent future issues with automated remote monitoring.
Objectives
- Provide secure remote connection to the end users, which can be behind firewall (no direct connection).
- Provide automated remote monitoring. Alerting with e-mail in case of any problem with client`s PC.
