Hans de Graaf Management B.V. is a consultancy company specializing in business management, process management and development. Hans de Graaf Management B.V. is also a shareholder in a company which develops and sells business management products globally.
Challenge
Due to business growth and desire of the company to launch new projects, the company needed a highly proficient, qualified, knowledgable and reasonably priced software development team. We built a team for them which satisfied all their requirements.
One more important factor was freedom and flexibility. Our client wanted to manage his team himself, as part of his own company. We gave him direct access to his team, as we do with all of our clients. We believe that the success of the cooperation is the main priority. They divided roles, introduced SCRUM in the project, with daily SCRUM Skype stand-up meetings, and even a plan to go to a local resort Crimea all together when the project was completed.
Another factor was the high motivation, creativeness and independence of the team. Since the project we're developing together is an innovative one, we wanted to be quick to the market with it. So our client required high levels of team motivation and an active involvement by our company management to maintain high motivation, quality and deadlines. And we succeeded.
Our client was also particularly concerned about Intellectual property since this is an innovative product. Our position and our reputation on this question satisfied him. And we executed contracts fully protecting their intellectual properties.

Our client had a very challenging task to build a qualified team, flexible, reasonably priced, able to be managed with no restrictions, with IP rights protection and help from company management at critical points.
